The team at iNNERSiGHT MULTiMEDiA
is a small one consisting of two designers;
Geoff and Alisha Baker, and their
multi-tasking queen of admin & accounting; Kristina Montgomery.
Alisha is the advertising specialist, with strong skills in the print industry. Having graduated from Malaspina University College (now Vancouver Island University) with a Diploma in Graphic Design, Alisha was trained in many different avenues of design such as; typography, rendering, illustration, product packaging, photography, computer imagery, communications, art history, web development in html, and much more.
After her schooling Alisha spent a few years as a freelance artist working for different companies doing a variety of artistic projects before she went on to work
in the print industry. Working for Black Press, at the Nanaimo News Bulletin in Advertising Sales, she found her knowledge
in graphic design to be a one up on her colleagues and enjoyed using her skills to bring great sales results from her clients advertising campaigns.
After a few years in advertising Alisha found herself wanting to work more for the people and not so much for the sales driven industry she was in that was sales. So, she then made the decision to move into business for herself, with her husband Geoff.... and thus is the making of iNNERSiGHT MULTiMEDiA.
The business
is exactly what it is named to be.
The creative depths within them > inner sight... expressed through various artistic mediums > multimedia!
Alisha and Geoff now work side by side offering the best of both of their skills to their clients. Together they offer over 15 years of experience in graphic design, web marketing, print advertising, and all around creative thinking.
GEOFF BAKER
Geoff is the internet guru, specializing in E-Commerce,
Web Design, Search Engine Optimization(SEO), Flash, and
Internet Consultation. He graduated from Sprott & Shaw Community College with a Business Administration Management Diploma in 1998. After his graduation, determined to be a self-made success, Geoff set-out to learn about web design. Over the years he has learned the in's and out's of internet business. He is self taught and good at what he does. Since then he has been successfully running various e-commerce businesses on
his own, under the umbrella of Innersight Trading.
